Acne.bio is an information-only website operated by ronarn AS (Norway). We do not run ads on this site and we do not sell personal data.
This page explains what limited data we collect, how it is used, and how this site relates to our product-comparison site AcneHeals.com.
1. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people find and use Acne.bio. This helps us decide which topics to write about and how to improve the site.

- IP addresses are processed by Google and may be truncated/obfuscated according to their current policies.
- We do not use GA4 to build individual profiles or to target ads.

2. Cookies and Local Storage
Acne.bio uses only the cookies and similar technologies required by Google Analytics and by your browser to serve the site.
- We do not set our own tracking cookies for advertising.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels.
- We do not store any personal information such as names, email addresses or health details in cookies.
3. Links to AcneHeals.com and Other Sites
Acne.bio is an education-first site. When visitors are ready to compare specific products, we link to AcneHeals.com.
- AcneHeals.com may use affiliate links to retailers. If you buy something there, those retailers may track the sale using their own cookies and technologies.
- Those sites have their own privacy and cookie policies, which will apply separately.
- Acne.bio itself does not process payment information or order data.
4. Email and Contact
If you contact us by email, your message will be stored in our email system so we can respond. We do not add you to newsletters or share your email address with third parties for marketing.
